Share Links
Share your workspace or export references via a permanent or temporary link
Generate read-only links to your workspace or bibliography. Share with collaborators, reviewers, or import directly into tools like Overleaf — no account required on our end.
Open share settings
Navigate to Share in the workspace sidebar. You'll see all active and past links at a glance.
Create a link
Give the link a name, choose .bib export format, set an optional expiry, and toggle one-time use if you want the link to expire after a single redemption.
Copy and share
Click the copy icon next to any active link. Paste it into an email, a paper, or directly into Overleaf's external bibliography import.
Manage access
Revoke any link instantly from the active links table. Revoked and expired links are archived in the past links section for reference.
