Content standards

Any content you submit — including contact form messages or any future user-submitted content — must meet the following standards.

Content must

Be factually accurate where it states facts.
Be genuinely held where it expresses opinions.
Comply with German law and the law of any country from which it is posted.

Content must not

Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
Promote sexually explicit material or include child sexual abuse material.
Promote violence or discrimination of any kind.
Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Deceive, mislead, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Breach any legal duty owed to a third party.
Promote or incite any illegal activity, including terrorism.
Harass, threaten, alarm, or cause needless anxiety to any person.
Contain advertising or links promoted for commercial gain.

Breach of this policy

If we determine that a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the site.
Removal of any content you have submitted.
A formal warning.
Legal proceedings to recover costs arising from the breach.
Disclosure of information to law enforcement where legally required or reasonably necessary.

We exclude our liability for all actions taken in response to breaches of this policy. The actions listed above are not exhaustive.

Transfer of this agreement

Governing law

This policy is governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, whether you are a consumer or business user.
